At the heart of our work is a simple conviction: renewal is possible, and it often begins with clarity. We believe God plants the seed, but congregations must cultivate the soil—through courageous leadership, informed decision-making, and a deep understanding of their context.

At Cornerstone Consultancy LLC, our work begins with a belief that renewal starts with clarity. In a noisy and rapidly shifting world, churches and ministries need more than data, trends, or jargon.... they need to rediscover who they are, why they matter, and where God is calling them next. We honor not the mechanics of ministry, but the mission itself. We believe deeply that people (not programs or processes) are the true engine of transformation. When pastors, ministry leaders, and congregations are equipped with the right tools and insight, they can reshape their communities for the better.

our founding story
Founded by Christopher Wilson and Fredrick Cruz Jr., Cornerstone Consultancy was started with a spark, shared conviction, and what we prayerfully discerned was the living Spirit of God. Coming from a shared experience in the non-profits sector and an honest longing to see our church's mission made knows in our day-to-day lives (beyond the pews), Cornerstone was truly founded with the heart of chasing after God's own heart.
What began as a few late-night conversations and scribbled ideas became hours of dreaming and daring to believe that God was doing something new for both of us. Chris possessed the gift of strategy and vision that could rebuild Rome. The other, a passion for storytelling, branding, and design that evolved beyond the proverbial status-quo. Together, our mission became crystal clear: to bridge the sacred and the structural and equip mission-driven institutions to flourish in both spirit and stewardship.
Like the cornerstone laid at the base of the ancient Temple, our foundation was built on prayer, discernment, and the belief that God equips the called.
We began with just a few tools: two laptops, a shared vision, and a commitment to excellence rooted in faith. Even before our very first client, our journey has been guided by the words of Isaiah:
